In attendance were 20 Staten Island residents, including 11 members of the New York State Libertarian Party, who voted unanimously to form an independent chapter of the Libertarian Party for Richmond County, and approved Chapter by-laws.
Chapter officers were elected, including Edward Stehlin, Chairman (Stapleton); Richard Bier, Vice Chairman (Travis); Dave Narby, Secretary (Silver Lake); Brian DeMarzo, Treasurer (Annadale); and Tom Vendittelli, Director of Membership and Fundraising (Meiers Corners).
